1. Acceptance of Terms

  • Spam & Phishing: Generating spam content, phishing emails, or deceptive communications
  • Illegal Content: Creating, processing, or distributing illegal content including but not limited to child exploitation material, terrorist content, or content promoting violence
  • Privacy Violations: Processing personal data in violation of GDPR, CCPA, or other data protection laws
  • Fraud & Deception: Creating fake documents, forged signatures, or fraudulent content
  • Harassment: Generating content intended to harass, threaten, or intimidate individuals or groups
  • Hate Speech: Creating content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics
  • System Abuse: Attempting to overload, disrupt, or exploit our services through automated scripts, bots, or excessive usage
  • Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' data, or third-party systems
  • Academic Dishonesty: Using tools to plagiarize, cheat on exams, or violate academic integrity policies

5. Fair Usage Policy

While our tools are free to use, we reserve the right to:

Further, UtilityForge does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

9. Limitations
